Fed: Top tennis coach had sex with teen - court

MELBOURNE, Feb 5 AAP - A top Aussie tennis coach had sex with a teenage girl when he
was a teacher at an elite Melbourne school, a court heard today.

Gavin Hopper, 47, who now runs a Gold Coast tennis academy with Pat Cash, is contesting
allegations he sexually assaulted the girl, who was 14 when the alleged offences began,
while working as a physical education teacher at Wesley College.

Appearing in Melbourne's Magistrates Court, he faced three charges of indecent assault
and two of gross indecency on a person under 16 who …
