Fed: Sports junkies get huge weekend of sport

Sports junkies are likely to be glued to their television sets tomorrow.

Not only is it the biggest day of the Olympic games, with 32 gold medals up for grabs
in 14 sports, but the Wallabies are taking on the Springboks in the final of the Tri-Nation
series.

Defending Olympic champion GRANT HACKETT will once again be aiming for gold in the
1500m freestyle.

And on the track, JANA PITTMAN, who won World Championship gold last year in Paris,
will be racing in the heats of the 400 metres hurdles.

The Seven network's Olympic coverage will start at 3.30pm (AEST), followed by coverage
of the Tri-Nations final from Durban, South Africa at 11pm (AEST).
